Mediation Services and Fees

20/20 Mediation is a process used by businesses to resolve conflict using a neutral attorney who is an expert in alternative dispute resolution.

The process consists of 3 meetings:

  1. Introductory meeting: information gathering, review of the process, and setting the schedule
  2. Mediation meeting: brainstorming, information exchange, and identification of interests and goals
  3. Resolution: reduce decided upon options to hard-written agreement signed by both parties with voluntary consent

Flat Fee

This service is provided at a flat fee of $1,000 for all three meetings. If you decide you need more time, arrangements can be made to fit your needs.
